It was reassuring as I noticed a site that showed a dozen roses with 6 lilies but was delivered as 1 rose and 2 lilies!!

It arrived on the day that I specified and she appreciated it, so thank you to Shanghai-Flowers for delivering on such prompt notice. I had ordered the flower on Friday evening my time (Saturday morning Beijing time) to be delivered on Sunday, and it was.

Suggestion: Invest in a designer or put some time into the design of the website: Give it a style, change the font, change the colors to be more pleasant.
Inform the customer about product-specific details if possible, such as how and where the message will be printed. The message I wrote to her was printed on an envelope, which I don't think looks very nice or thoughtful at all. I'm not sure if there was an option to change this, if so, that was my mistake.
I would also have liked to know about the change that was made to the box that the rose was delivered in, since it was different from the one in the picture. I understand that this is as a result of the box in the picture not being available, and I chose to allow any necessary changes to be made to my order so that it would be delivered on time. But I would have liked to know about the change before the delivery was made.
All in all, I am satisfied with the service, and would recommend it to friends looking for this type of product.
