Liam Reardon -- Feedback: Ordering was easy but service was poor. Requested no call to my wife as it was a surprise. They rang her 3 times twice the day before to say they were delivering the surprise then once on the delivery date for help finding the address. Only part of the order was delivered, it was only after my wife noticed on the delivery note that it was not complete sis she ring and ask where the rest was, to which she was told it would be delivered later that evening now as the driver was now in Pudong. Not 10 mins later the rest of the order suddenly arrived. Also I had paid extra for a morning delivery.

Clement -- Feedback: Very unhappy for what i paid for. Flower delivered not as in description, hydrangea and baby breath are gone and replaced with some small flowers instead. Paid for deluxe package but flowers are delivered in bottle. In the end only managed to get 15% refund from the flowers and deluxe package.
