Shanghai-flowers.com charges a flat fee no matter where the flowers are delivered. Some other websites have different charges based on the delivery area but we have found that customers find this troublesome. Thus we created a flat fee which is CNY (Rmb)$41 (USD 5.95).

We are able to deliver the same day to most all areas as long as you order before 12 noon. For most situations we can make same day deliveries for orders that come in after 12 noon but not guaranteed. You can complete your order with payment and if we are unable to meet your time requirements we will contact you and will provide a full refund if you decide not to send at a later time and as long as the order has not been sent out yet. You may also check with us first before making your order, however, we recommend that you place the order with payment so that the order is immediately sent to our deliveries. If you wish, we can contact the recipient notifying them to expect to receive a package. Or if you are sending an order that is late, we can also contact the recipient to make the appropriate arrangements.
